Deposit Refunds

Before Work Starts: Full refund of deposit if we haven't begun the project

After Work Begins: Deposits are non-refundable, but applied to work completed

Project Cancellation: You pay only for work completed to date

Full Refund Situations

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • We fail to deliver on agreed-upon project scope and timeline
  • Work does not meet the specifications outlined in the contract
  • We're unable to complete the project due to technical limitations
  • Major breach of contract on our part

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • • Minor deliverables are missing or incomplete
  • • Project scope changes mid-development at client request
  • • Mutual agreement to end project early
  • • Delays caused by both parties contribute to dissatisfaction

No Refund Scenarios

We cannot provide refunds in these cases:

Timeframe: Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
