Deposit Refunds
Before Work Starts: Full refund of deposit if we haven't begun the project
After Work Begins: Deposits are non-refundable, but applied to work completed
Project Cancellation: You pay only for work completed to date
Full Refund Situations
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- ✓We fail to deliver on agreed-upon project scope and timeline
- ✓Work does not meet the specifications outlined in the contract
- ✓We're unable to complete the project due to technical limitations
- ✓Major breach of contract on our part
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- • Minor deliverables are missing or incomplete
- • Project scope changes mid-development at client request
- • Mutual agreement to end project early
- • Delays caused by both parties contribute to dissatisfaction

No Refund Scenarios
We cannot provide refunds in these cases:

- • Failure to provide required materials or feedback on time
- • Third-party service failures outside our control
- • Requested features beyond original scope
- • Delays caused by client-side issues or lack of communication
Refund Processing
Timeframe: Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
Communication: You'll receive confirmation email once processed
